Outsourcing is a way to provide services when the customer cedes a provider not only the delivery of the service itself but also precisely defined part of deciding about the way it is delivered. Customer just formulates his own requirements, and the role of the provider is to formulate them in his own terminology and find the most effective way to meet them.

Better price/quality ratio- it is clear that any action is carried out most effectively by a professional who specializes in it. Moreover, it is often economically disadvantageous for a company to employ a top expert for supportive activities because the amount of existing work does not make his busy - in this case it is advantageous to pay partially for external specialist who divides his work among several customers.

A better overview of the activities and costs of services provided - since entering the tasks and the subsequent billing take place under well-defined rules, customer can more easily control the costs.

Release of capacity - the customer does not deal with detailed issues related to the outsourced services and can concentrate more on solving problems, which are the main subject of his work.
